The platform is so opaque, with very little accessible information. The AI Assist, if you have trouble, is completely unhelpful or just plain wrong. I'm making simple payments for contractor invoices and I've had so much trouble with scheduling payments, making changes, etc. There's just not enough information once payments are scheduled.
