Kudos to Chris M
Had to transfer an email account to Google Workspace due to discontinuation of 101domain email service. The expectations were the most frustrating, and the initial attempt was a total disaster so I went to Support Center. Since then, everything went very quick and smoothly. Chris M is maybe the best support engineer/admin I ever met - he gave absolutely clear precise explanations at every step (including the information way beyond 101 domain responsibility), quickly fixed all the mess I made, and transferred the account in no time. Respect and kudos, Chris.
