It was not a positive experience. I ordered two items and only received one. When I called in they said that the item were dropped shipped from the manufacturer. They only had one tracking number and that were the pads that I had already received. They "Lied" and said that the rotor had shipped already, but they didn't have a tracking number for it, but that I should receive it any time because both had shipped at the same time. I called back 3 days later and they said they would have the same person that I had spoke to originally, call me back. Several hours later, the person that had lied originally, still had not called me back. I spoke with someone new this time. He informed me that the rotor had not actually shipped and that they would not cancel the that item. When checking my receipt I also noticed that they had automatically selected and charged me for "Free and Easy Return", which no one else charges for and when I asked what it was and if they were going to refund me for that since I had never selected that item, they said no and asked me if we were speaking the same language. Not only did they not refund the Fast and Easy return charge they only gave me a partial refund on the item them never shipped to me and eventually cancelled but never returned the full amount, even after the extra charge for fast and easy returns. In my opinion they are not reputable or honest company. You need to be very cautious if you decide to purchase from them. I will also be contacting the Better Business Bureau and Federal Trade Commission. I would not suggest buying from them, because any little bit that you save will be stolen from you monetarily or via your time in trying to correct the situation. If you decide to do business with them and have problems, I would not leave any personal information, because they will use it to attack you personally after you report them and you won't get your money back anyway. TrustPilot seems to favor the vendor and will try to force you to give personal information, but as I have stated, they will use it against you and you won't get your money back anyway. Good Luck

Hi Jerramy, your Brembo brake pads were delivered via fedex #391096684270 07/18/25. Your Brembo brake rotors were not shipped at the time same time. An inquiry was submitted with Brembo today, 07/22, to confirm the status of your rotors. The Brembo rep who replied to the inquiry confirmed the rotor was pending shipment. We asked Brembo to provide a tracking number today or cancel the order per your request. I pulled the phone call you are alluding to with one our staff members. The staff member was patient and respectful as they listened to your grievance. At the end of your complaint, the staff member clarified to you the option to add the $5 'free & easy return option' was optional. It is not mandatory. I recently tested this option myself on our website and could easily delete it before reaching check out. You selected this option and received the service per your delivered product. You then attempted to recover this charge by berating the staff member. I do not tolerate customers berating or belittling my staff. I will be filing a civil harassment complaint with your local police department and county sherriff's office today. Please do expect to be contacted shortly by either party. I ordered Flex Fuel Kit for 1k. After one month of waiting and bunch of excuses like product must be calibrated order has been canceled. Canceled with one small detail. Anyone guessing? Oh yeah, they didnt return the money. Seems like this is being common practice with these guys. If you paid using ShopPay or Affirm than their next move is to “get in touch with those 2 landing companies”. Beware everyone. Don’t do business with these crooks

Your order's refund was delayed because you disputed the transaction through Affirm. As opposed to waiting for your refund to process through Affirm, you submitted a dispute the same day upon request of your order cancellation. Affirm proceeded to place a hold on the order to allow youself to submit evidence for the dispute as well our side. I closed the dispute in your favor, thus your account being credited the next business day. I am now quite agitated by your response as you essentially committed fraud. You are welcome to leave your feedback on our profile so long as you expect a fraud complaint to be filed with your local police department and county sheriff's office.
