Purchased a product that was said to be instock however day and a half later it was cancelled and I'm sorry email followed it wasn't in stock and they have no Date for fulfillment. Then they send out promo codes but jack the price up and you don't actually save anything. They get cost plus tax. You get smoke and mirror'd. 1 star for all around $H1T company.

I took the time to personally review your provided order cancellation. Order #3969 was cancelled for two reasons. The first of which is due to the backorder status of your selected EBC Redstuff pads. EBC provided a 'No ETA' status when we attempted to submit your order this past Thursday. Our service team followed up with you via email Thursday to notify you of the backorder status. Our team also took the time to provide several alternative brake pad options we offer from EBC, R1 Concepts, Brembo and Stoptech which were in stock. We did not recieve a response to this email and opted to void your order as we do not process orders for products with a 'No ETA' status. You were never charged. I'm not sure where you gathered your conclusion about 10 Second Racing's discount codes. The discount code is intended for first time users and carries a varying percentage depending on the brand of the product you select. This is due to our own wholesale discount where we have more margin on certain brands such as Stoptech as opposed to a Euro brand such as EBC. What I just mentioned is basic economics 101 Michael, hope this makes sense. If you would like to keep your order in place for the orginal brake pads from EBC, I am happy to email you a private shopping cart with a custom discount attached. I was looking for a set of speed engineering headers that were out of stock everywhere and speed engineering said eta ship date of over a month away after I had already been waiting weeks. Between emailing and calling for two weeks I was able to locate and purchase a set for even cheaper through 10secondracing.com than direct from speed engineering themselves. I made my order with 10 second racing and cancelled from Speed Engineering. Even better they are right in New Jersey which means two things for me. 1.) being in MA shipping was very quick and 2.) I was able to call and talk to someone helpful which is rare these days. Thank you for the help and easy purchase. Due to great inventory, competitive pricing and their customer service is second to none, I will be returning for future parts needs!

Hi Hazis, thanks for your provided order information. I reviewed your order history and found your radiator was redirected back to 10 Second Racing from UPS. UPS stated the reason why was, 'Unable to contact recipient'. UPS likely returned your radiator to us because the import fee invoice was not paid in advance. If this is your first time ordering a product from the United States, all products imported from the US into the UK are subject to import fees. Once the product arrives to the UK, the UPS customs team will email the recipient an invoice to complete so the package may be delivered. If the invoice is not paid within seven business days, UPS will proceed to redirect the package to the shipper (in this case, 10 Second Racing). I have confirmed the package is currently en route to our facility in NJ from the UK. The ETA for delivery is this Saturday. You are welcome to use the following UPS tracking number for the new shipment for your radiator. For this time around, please monitor your email for a customs invoice from UPS. It may have went to your spam or went unnoticed. If your radiator is redirected to us a second time, I am afraid we cannot cover another round of free shipping for you.
