11x is a awesome tool. I am surprised by what is has been able to do so far. It puts out great messaging when you give it the right prompt it really understand what you are asking it and does a great job. Its able to find the right prospect based off your ICP and the cherry on top is great customer experience team that is always available to assist.

We use Alice for high-volume outbound outreach and are currently happy with our experience. It was a slow start with 11x as we had a few teething problems with set-up that put us back, but I’ve seen a real shift in their customer success focus over time. The support has been excellent recently, and I’m currently satisfied with both the results and the way they’ve engaged with us as a customer. I’ve learned that success with Alice really comes down to the effort you put in. Clear goals, the right audience, and good prompting to get the right messaging make all the difference. The tool itself is very powerful and intuitive to use and can deliver strong outcomes to scale outbound motion and it's worth spending more time on getting this right.

Really smooth experience so far with Paddy, clear presentation, flexible on our needs and features for our package and articulation of value for us. He also outlined what a 'perfect user' of 11x was which allowed us to do our homework on having a large TAM, strong messaging and differentiation, and simply using Alice as a scale-up to an already performant business development function. Excited to get working with the 11x team and Alice 2.0, I expect we'll be ramping it up a lot this year.
