I have a page that is coming out striped. My ink is not working. I have to return it This is a brand new printer. I have had luck in the past, but I suppose the epson has a way to "see" if the cartridge is not epson. :(

123 Refills clogged my printer and initiated an error message that I was unable to clear. It made my printer unusable. Lexmark probably had a hand in the failure so I did not buy another Lexmark. They obviously rigged my printer so when I tried to use other than their overpriced cartridges, my printer would lock up.

Thought I was getting Ink Cartridge from Montreal came from United States and took to long to get here also cost twice a much as if I had had it shipped from Montreal. Used to have good service.

I started using the cartridges today and I was very pleased with the result. The black showed up dark and sharp, and the color was perfect. I am, however, concerned that you have not claimed your payment, so far it has not come up in my bank statement.

I ordered 2 black cartridges for my HP printer, Shipping was free during a special promotion, and they arrived within the week. When I put one in the printer I got a message it was incompatible. I called 123Refills, got a very polite fellow, who sent me an email with instructions . Followed simple directions and working great. Thanks for good service.
