I was able to renew my prescription…
I was able to renew my prescription online and it didn’t cost me anything. When I’m running low or about out of contacts I get an alert saying it’s time for me to reorder. 1-800 contacts makes it simple and easy for me.

I was double charged for one order and…
I was double charged for one order and double shipped. Problem is this was 4 days apart so obviously they are storing my card info???

I had a problem with my shipment…
I had a problem with my shipment (didn't receive it). They took care of it right away and shipped them ASAP. Got them a few days later. Great company!
