The service is great
The service is great! Delivery is quick and I like getting the monthly reminders for reordering. It keeps me from forgetting to order and running out of contacts.

I found it easy to order on-line
I found it easy to order on-line. Had the option to upload my prescription but I chose to have them contact my doctor. I still had my contacts delivered and in my hand by the time I needed them. Reordering is also very easy. 1-800-Contacts sends me reminders that are helpful, maybe even too frequent, but it helps me to not forget to stay on top the need to reorder.

Customer service excellence …
I spoke with a representative and they are always knowledgeable and helpful with all my questions. I received emails from the company and learned I had sent the wrong prescription which helped me get the prescription corrected.

1800-Contacts has great inventory and…
1800-Contacts has great inventory and even better customer service. They were quite helpful in getting a variation on my prescription for an over seas trip. However I do think they are a lot over the top with their reminders to order again.

Great service
The 1-800-CONTACTS representatives are always helpful and pleasant over the phone. They go out of their way to make you feel as a valued customer! The service is impressive and contact orders are always received on time as promised.
