I will never use this service again
I will never use this service again. Upon ordering I was promised a $50 mail in rebate form, which I completed. I never recevied the rebate. I followed up three seperate times with customer service, on the THIRD time they said 'so sorry, all we can give you is a $25 coupon.' Literal bait and switch. Complete failure.

Best Possible Deal for Vision Correctors
1-800 Contacts is a great company to take your glasses or contact lens prescriptions to; their prices are so much less expensive than the eye doctor’s and after several orders from them I’ve never once had a problem!
