Super easy to get a quote. When I mailed in my phone, they received it within a day or so. After receiving it, they confirmed that they sent out my check within 24 hours of receiving the phone. I got the exact amount i was quoted online. I got the check within 2 days. Super fast and easy to use. Would totally use them again!

Very satisfied with this transaction.

I received the payment as expected via PayPal within a few days of their having received the devices. Simple, no-fuss. Next time I need to sell an old device I’ll start with 1GuyGadget.

Stellar customer service from start to finish! These guys uphold their word about delivering your cash in a timely manner. Choose them for your needs!

Received payment without issue. They contacted me as soon as the phone arrived & they had a chance to look it over. My phone didn’t meet the “mint” condition standard, but they worked with me on a revised offer that was more than fair. Highly recommend!

Easy, fast, and reliable service. I was a bit reluctant at first to send off my computer as opposed to an in-person handoff, but it was certainly worth it. I dropped off my Macbook at the post office (in their prepaid box) on a Monday afternoon, and 1GuyGadget Zelle'd the credit to my account by Friday morning. Customer service is great as well, as I inquired directly regarding a device that wasn't listed on their website. I've already shipped off another old iPhone, and will certainly be using their services in the future!

You can trust this establishment; they do exactly as they present. There were no unpleasant surprise experiences as can happen with so many others in their highly competitive online business. Considering their level of integrity, I hope they do very well. I will definitely return to this website first for my next transaction.

Great and fast service! Will use again. Amazing turnaround for purchasing devices.
