I had to adjust the mirrors and made a disaster of it by myself. I set up video call with Sean, and he got it aligned so fast and explained it to me to understand! I'm very happy with his customer service! Thank you!

Sean was so knowledgable! He has an amazing ability to explain technical details for the less than technical brain. I have loved my Hydra7 machine and highly recommend it.
