I was having issue with my old server host, I was recommended to move to 1 of 1 server from a friend. Since I move to 1 of 1 server I have not had an issue with them and they always have helped me out when I've had an issue or question, 10/10 would recommend them.

Before using 1 of 1, I had previous experience with OVH, which unfortunately presented numerous challenges. Over the past seven months, I have been using 1 of 1, and I am pleased to report that I have not encountered any issues during this time. On two occasions, I needed to open support tickets, and I found their response time to be swift and their assistance highly beneficial. Honestly 1 of 1 Servers has been the best company ever. I used other platforms for my fivem servers over the years and nothing can compare to 1 of 1. I asked for a refund because I bought it and regretted it, and the owner banned me from all support servers and I don't even know if I'll receive a refund, I don't understand, the owner is freaked out, it's been 3 days and I don't even know if I'll receive it my refund, I will contact my bank because there is no way to communicate with them because they ban you from everything and the support email they ignore.

This clueless customer acquired the server on September 24, 2023, at 17:00, with delivery completed by 18:51 the same day, as detailed in the image below. Having possession of the server for merely a few hours, the customer promptly initiated a cancellation request, citing "Refund, I regretted I stopped my services" as the rationale. The timeline below indicates that this cancellation was requested on September 25, 2023, at 01:00, and by 2:19, a refund was processed on our end. Although there was no obligation on our part to authorize a refund since the service was rendered and delivered, we opted for flexibility due to the unusual sequence of immediate purchase followed by an abrupt refund request, thereby granting a courtesy refund. Subsequently, we chose to discontinue our business affiliation with this individual, resulting in the termination of his account and a prohibition on accessing our services in the future. My experience so far? Stellar. The machine matched the advertised specs to the letter. The promised 10gig up and down speed was genuinely present, unlike the usual "high download, low upload" schemes I've encountered before. Everything was set up perfectly.
