1of1 has far exceeded my expectations in a host provider in their customer service alone. Their customer service folks are the prime example of what other companies should strive to achieve. 1of1 server performance is off the charts too. Regarding their customer service, I had a small issue where my order was initially marked as fraud. Jeff P was swift on his responses in ensuring that I was taken care of to the fullest extent. I will definitely be recommending 1of1 servers to all my friends.
