I had an issue with my frames being…
I had an issue with my frames being bent when they arrived. I chatted with a customer service agent, who had 3 new ones sent right away! And I didn’t have to send the others back! Great Customer Service!

It was damaged
It was damaged. Wrote an email to get it replaced and never heard back

Excellent Customer Service
The customer service this company provided was 1st rate, i ordered three polished chrome frames, decided I needed a fourth so I ordered it, I received a black frame instead of the chrome, they took care of me right away! I will definitely shop with and refer this company in a heartbeat!

Since I didn’t get the right frames I had some extra work until I finally got the right frames. I love the product but it was no easy process
