Disappointing they couldn’t resolve my order, by not shipping out my replacement shoes like they said they would on Sept 18. Never heard back while I was trying to reach out all week to get updates until this morning to confirm my order was canceled. Affirm refunded me back the loan I took to get this purchase. …So the part where you emailed me saying you would send me a replacement shoe was lie? I wonder why you never sent me the package…Thanks for replying back here instead of personally reaching back since Monday. Yet you didn’t ship my order like you said you would on Monday Sept 18. Why didn’t you?

Thank you for your review. While the facts of the situation are not accurate. We made contact with you several times via email and we are the ones that refunded your loan. We never lied to you about anything. You left out the part in your review where your shoe was actually lost by the carrier. We offered you a replacement and when the replacement was set to ship we received notice from Affirm informing us that you disputed the order. We will not send you a replacement after you requested your money back, you cannot have both. You chose the refund and we accepted. We appreciate the review nonetheless. We hope that you get the shoe elsewhere at a price that your loan will afford. Thanks again for taking the time to write the review.

It's been 31 days since I placed my order for some Air Jordan's. They never shipped. I called to cancel. Would you be ok with a business not shipping your order within a month, when they say they are in stock? Yeah, me neither. Stay away

This customer has no idea what he is talking about and is close to a slander lawsuit. This customer place an order and selected the Buy Now Pay Later Affirm as his payment method. Affirm is a company that offers loans to customers that do not have all the money to pay for their orders upfront and they lend the money to the customers and the customers make monthly payments to repay the loan. The problem is that since the company fronts the customer the money Affirm pays us and we have to wait to receive the funds before we ship the product that was ordered. This policy is one that is shared with Affirm and our company per our agreement to partner with Affirm. Our policy is clear and will remain the same, we will not ship any order until we receive payment. Therefore because he did not have the money to pay us himself he had to wait for Affirm to pay for him. This is not our fault. Affirm can pay us within a couple days or a few weeks it all depends on the amount of loans they are writing and other factors that can delay them funding us. In this case the we were delayed funding and the customer was notified via email of the delay. Rather than point the blame at where it belongs he wants to make up a lie and say that we do not have the products in stock when we post actual images of the items that we have on our Instagram page which is where the customer found us and found the images of the shoe he ordered. Also the price he paid with us is several hundred lower than you can find the shoe elsewhere. The customer reached out to us and requested to cancel his order and his order was canceled immediately while he was on the phone. We also contacted Affirm and let them know of the cancellation and Affirm has canceled is order and will refund him directly. At the time of this 1 star review we have reached out to Affirm and forwarded his review and Affirm knows that we are not at fault and we will work together to get his Affirm account suspended. Slander of a business will not be tolerated and business do have have to take it. Mr. Herman Roa decided to write this review which is not based on fact so we say thank you for your review, and thank you to Trustpilot for giving us the opportunity to share our side of the transaction so that anyone who reads this review will see that Herman Roa did not tell the entire story nor did he tell the truth. As a company we have to deal with good and bad reviews. We are not perfect but there are always two sides to every situation. Delays happen in sales and in shipping. We can only control what we can control. Mr. Roa was not scammed because he received his money back, actually Affirm received their money back since Mr. Roa could not afford to buy the shoe. We have been partnered with Affirm for more than a year and have helped a lot of their customers get what they want through the loan process, and if we were a scam Affirm would not allow us to be one of their partners. The truth is Mr. Roa is upset because the shoe cost way more money elsewhere and he cannot get it and we feel sorry for him but we hope that he will be able to get the shoe eventually. Thank you again for your review.

Well , like most everyone else that has searched the internet to see if 21 Exclusive Brand was legit, I too was also skeptical simply because there was only 1 review available to reassure people that they are indeed a real company with real products and services. After speaking with my dedicated account manager D Morgan , I can honestly say that I will be patronizing this company moving forward. Mr. Morgan’s professionalism , follow ups and personal touch points has made this entire transaction and purchase that much more positive. The shoes arrived in accordance with their policies and terms and were in pristine condition. The shoes are also 1000% authentic and original . The packaging was also very durable and like I said , I can’t wait to purchase more products from them. Anyone hesitating to pull the trigger, DONT !! You won’t be disappointed and you have a similar experience to my own , I guarantee it !!

Placed an order 2 months ago and still haven't received my shoes. I received a tracking number but it still has no delivery date. No one is responding to my messages. I have received no communication whatsoever from anyone. EDIT: Soon after, I was able to get in contact with customer service and the owner, G. Martin, directly communicated with me. Understandably, their were things beyond anyone's control that caused the delay and once that was communicated to me, I understood and was able to get a full refund. Because of the prompt service and maturation in which this was handled, I changed my review from 1 to 4 stars. 4 stars only because of the timetable but again I am willing to give 21 Exclusive Brand another chance. I have done business with them before and it was great. This time was just concerning but again, there were factors beyond anyone's control. The owner is a stand up guy, and I have the utmost respect for him and his business.
