Product was OK
Product was OK, but the hardware to secure the ring to the tank was not supplied. No installation instructions either.

The customer service person was very helpful with cancelling our order when we found out it wasn’t needed. No hassle, no trying to talk us into keeping the order. Very smooth and efficient process.

Timing. It's say one to two business days and it shows about a week!!!

Dear Customer, We understand how disappointing it is to receive an item later than expected. This item was ordered on June 3 and shipped within 24 hours. Since it weighs over 150 pounds, it must be shipped using Freight Trucking. Upon checking, it is still expected to arrive on time; however, we've created a case with the carrier to stay on top of it. All the best, 24hr Supply
