Overall very good experience! I had questions prior to ordering and the representative answered them promptly and efficiently. Appreciated that we could track the shipping status as our sectional traveled along the way to us. Delivery arrived as scheduled. We really love the sectional - constructed with quality leather, it’s comfortable and the colors are just as we hoped. This has been a great addition to our home.

This company and product are wonderful!! I am very pleased with this purchase, and will buy from 25home again the next time I need similar furniture.

25Home representatives worked with me over 3 weeks while I decided whether or not to purchase. They were very accommodating and not pushy at all. They made sure that I had fabric samples and ample time to make my decision. I did purchase more than what I needed and found out that making a return was going to be more of a hassle than the time and energy I had at the time. It worked out of, since I was able to fit the piece in after all. The furniture is of excellent quality, it is beautiful, and it was easy to assemble. I am happy with my purchase!

My experience with 25home was amazing. The whole process was seamless. They even worked with me to ship it at a time that would work with my move. The couch is perfect for my space and comfortable. The customer service is 10/10!

Great couch. Very happy with how comfy it is to lie down on. The service and installation was also very easy and satisfactory. Would recommend!

Customer service was excellent; scheduling delivery was not good. Ordered one color, told it was in stock and would arrive in 10 days, then told 2 months. Changed the color, received the sofa. It arrived with one side all snagged (like a cat had been scratching it), but otherwise intact. It's medium comfy. I got a sectional and the corner cushions feel less filled than the straight/side sections (less fill=less comfy). I have to "fluff" the cushions each day otherwise I'm sitting on the foam bottom. Meh, loved the company concept, but the sofa is only mediocre. Sorry.

The couch is great. The shorter legs (which ours came with) definitely feel on the shorter side and you notice it when you sit. Hoping that when we get the taller legs that it'll feel a bit more normal.
