I found the perfect “sandwich” sofa for our lifestyle with kids and dogs. I had asked my rep Sunny to send a sample of the fabric, and one I saw it wouldn’t scratch, and the vegan leather option would work, I ordered. It was delivered without an issue and the whole experience was enjoyable.

I was struggling to find a good couch that could fit my family as well as my two big dogs. I came across this website and was intrigued by the amount of reviews this couch had. We were having issues on the siding which one we wanted so we spoke with an associate which was super helpful to us and he made sure we even got a discount as a first time customer. We ended up choosing the three piece L couch in the color black. Looks super luxurious And having the option to switch out the softness and firmness is great. Just wanted to know that the delivery company that they use is outstanding we had wonderful service and we didn’t need to touch a thing everything was brought in for us. The feedback from this company and customer service is outstanding as well as your quality is top notch I would highly highly highly recommend it and it’s definitely upholding well with the pets

I placed my order for my “in stock” plume sofa and an additional leather cover for the sofa on 9/18/23. When I purchased it said should ship within 3-10 business days. I received an email on 10/02/23 that “part of my order will be shipped within the middle of the month”. I had to message to clarify how half of the order was ready. They informed me that the whole couch would ship, however they would not be able to ship the cover until the end of November. Now today I get a call from the shipping company that my couch will not be delivered until 11/27. I have no idea the quality of the couch, so I cannot speak on that. However, I would highly advise that (unless you are willing to wait 3 months for an in stock piece of furniture) not to order from this company. Edit: after emailing the company customer service offered me 2 options for a quicker delivery of my couch. 1 I could go pick it up myself for a refund of the shipping cost, or they would try to have it picked up and delivered by another company. I ended up driving the 6 hours to pick it up. I haven’t received my covers yet so I cannot comment on those. I do really enjoy the couch so far. It is very pretty. Was very easy to put together. Which is quite the relief after all of this headache. As I said before, you have to decide if the product and the price is worth the waiting 2-3 months for an in stock piece of furniture 🤷🏻♀️

Sorry for this situation. After checking, we found that your order was shipped out this week. However, the delivery time did not meet expectations - we apologize again. Under normal circumstances, shipment does not take 30 days, there may have been an issue on the logistics company's end. We have contacted them to understand the situation and seek solutions for you within 24 hours. Additionally, the sofa cover is a custom-made pre-order item. The factory needs some time to manufacture after receiving the order. Your sofa cover has been completed by the factory and is on the way to our warehouse, estimated to arrive next week. Once it arrives, we will contact you immediately to arrange shipment. Apologize again for the inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience during this time. We will do our utmost to resolve the logistics issues and ensure you receive your order as early as possible. We place tremendous importance on product quality and customer satisfaction and strive to provide every customer with a perfect shopping experience here and believe our products will prove worthwhile to our customers. We hope we can rebuild your trust in us to deliver an exceptional service and product that exceeds your expectations.

I am absolutely thrilled with our new sofa! It is so well made. I was looking for a durable sofa with changeable seat covers if I ever need them; this couch totally fits the bill. We chose the leather. It is plush and comfortable. We couldn’t be happier with this purchase! And btw, customer service is wonderful!
