This couch is absolutely incredible. It was so so easy to assemble, and it looks amazing. The fabric is high quality and goes perfectly with my livingroom decor. It’s fantastic. 25home was very good at communicating with me about its arrival (I had to wait for it to come back into stock). They gave me updates without me having to ask for them and i was very impressed with the entire process. Will definitely be ordering from them again! Thanks 25home!

Couch is awesome, the back is lower than I envisioned in my head but it’s ok. Super buttery soft leather and a firm couch. Comfortable to sit on. Honestly I love this couch it looks so nice and modern and fits my home well. It was in stock so it shipped pretty quickly. When I got it I was able to get it in the house and put together myself and I’m 5’0 and had my third baby via c-section 6 months ago. So you can do it by yourself, but having two might go much quicker. It feels solid and sturdy more so than the couch we replaced. If you like the way it looks but are on the fence bc it’s an online purchase, it is worth it.

This was the worst furniture buying experience. I ordered furniture for 3900.00 and the website said 3 to 5 days delivery from July 9th. On the 11th they send an email saying the furniture is so popular it won't ship till after the 21st. I say cancel the order, all of a sudden I get another email stating the furniture is available to ship now. Which was a lie because they never gave shipping info or estimated date of delivery. The furniture Thales arrived on the 24th with no call from anyone to schedule delivery. I refuse delivery and they are currently harassing me via email to get me to take delivery after I've already refused due to the lies and horrible customer service.

We sincerely apologize for the frustrating experience you've encountered with your recent furniture order. We understand your concerns and want to address them to the best of our abilities. First and foremost, we deeply regret the delay in shipping your furniture and the lack of clear communication regarding the delivery timeline. We understand that our initial promise of 3 to 5 days for delivery was not met, and we acknowledge the inconvenience this has caused you. We are truly sorry for any confusion caused by the conflicting emails you received about the availability of your furniture. Our team is currently reviewing our communication processes to ensure that such issues are prevented in the future. If you are open to it, we would like the opportunity to make this right. We assure you that we take your feedback seriously and are actively working to improve our customer service and delivery processes. We genuinely value your business, and it is our top priority to rectify this situation and regain your trust. Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to resolve this matter to your satisfaction.

I recently purchased a couch from 25home and must admit I was quite apprehensive due to some negative reviews online. However, my experience turned out to be fantastic! The customer service was top-notch, and the delivery was surprisingly fast, arriving in just 3 weeks. The couch itself is of great quality, and my family and I are pleased with our purchase. It seems like the bad reviews might be isolated cases where things went really wrong, and communication was an issue. Thankfully, that wasn't the case for me, and I am genuinely happy with the entire process. If you're considering buying from 25home, I can confidently recommend them based on my own positive experience. Kudos to their team for a job well done!
