I paid for Express shipping but did not…
I paid for Express shipping but did not receive the banner in time for the event. I contacted customer service and did not hear back. I have not been issued a refund for the express shipping. The banner itself is well produced.

Hi Christine, We're so sorry Fedex didn't deliver your banner on time and we can definitely refund you the shipping fee, but we also offered you a complete refund if you didn't need the banner anymore. Please check your mail from Monday and maybe your spam folder as we replied to you right away on Monday. Thank you - 2DB

I had difficulty change the font and…
I had difficulty change the font and size, which made the banner look ok, but not what I really wanted. The material is high quality.
