Before I ordered the range hood I called the Customer service and they told me they can arrange installation in where I live for $200. However after I ordered the range hood and called again they told me that they cannot service my area. By the way I live in San Diego area and they have an affiliated store there.

When ordering online, it asked my cell phone number and email, but after placed the order, I did not receive any confirmation with the model I ordered. I wonder if the order went through without any mistakes. But there is not way to find out even I called but no body answered the phone.
