I rated one star for customer support. They were helpful when the 'pay now' button was not working and created a link for the payment to process. Their words of condolences were appreciated when my dad passed. BUT they were NOT SUCCESSFUL with the refund process for the returned product.

I have placed an order and still not received it. My email from them showed that it is on the way, but when I click on my USPS tracking, it shows that only the label was created and still hasn’t shipped. I’ve tried calling multiple times and only get to speak to someone who says a specialist has to call me back and they can’t check my order. That’s ridiculous! Hoping to hear from someone soon.
