It was very easy to use and setup
It was very easy to use and setup, and when I needed to cancel, Asher was very helpful and had updated my concerns, and performed excellent customer service.

GREAT product, but more communication appreciated!
As far as the product is concerned, I had a great experience with 360 Legal Forms. I used one of their templates to create a roommate agreement, which was very user-friendly, and ended up being exactly what we needed. My only reason for a lower rating is due to the lack of communication regarding my account. Initially, I had signed up for a free trial, which then turned into a monthly account. Once I was finished with the document I needed, I no longer needed to use the services. I would have appreciated a monthly email with a receipt of payment, or reminder of impending charges. It was totally on me to remember my account details, but more communication regarding account status would help improve the overall customer experience.
