Very smooth process thanks to Summer. I was informed of every steps from the time I placed the order until it was delivered. I received videos and photos from the time they were packing it until it was shipped.

In the past I have bought a 360 Booth, a selfie booth and printer. When I had questions or needed new parts, Summer went above and beyond helping me! Thanks so much to Eric and the team as well! I look forward to doing more business with you.

It was a wonderful experience. I initially had some uncertainties about the process, but my sales representative, Issy, provided excellent and prompt assistance throughout. She deserves the highest praise. I will certainly purchase my next photo booth from them. The delivery was also quite fast.

This is my second time ordering a photo booth item from 360spb, and once again, I'm thoroughly impressed. The products are delivered as promised and the quality is top-notch. What truly stood out this time was Ruby, my customer representative. She provided outstanding service, especially with my customized enclosure. Ruby was incredibly responsive, texting me updates throughout the process and ensuring everything arrived on schedule. Her dedication and communication were exceptional. I'm incredibly grateful for her assistance and will continue to be a loyal customer.
