I have been with a few other (4) web hosting companies and this is by far the best at receiving assistance at any time to fix a problem (the problem being me not knowing what to do) They are always polite and patienct. Using 3dcart is a learning curve for anyone but it is working great! I will continue to have them as my provider. The layouts have a variety of options, no hicups. Thank you for your service.

This is my second go around with 3dcart. After leaving another cart, I returned to 3dcart remembering my positive experience previously. I was disappointed that they started charging for modules just like the other guys apps. I have to say I didn’t have as many issues setting up the store on the other cart. I was up and running in no time and making sales. You get slot more options with 3dcart just not as smooth. We also have not made any sales since the switch due to some of the complexities of setup

Been with these guys for a dozen or so years. Their customer support really is top-notch. Before 3dCart we suffered with a lesser cart. It was just a nightmare dealing with that previous and lesser cart. Out of pure desperation we jumped-ship with that cart and switched to 3dCart. It's been like of breath of fresh air having 3dCart host our website. 3dCart know what they are doing, our website runs very reliably, their billing is reliable and predictable, their prices - for what you get - are very-fair, their customer support is always available, clear, concise, always on the ball, and they move on the rare problems we experience quickly for us - ALWAYS. If you have ever suffered through a bad cart hosting experience, 3dCart isn't that. It's great! :0)

WARNING: Removed SSL Certificate once we paid. Setup a trial for 2-3 days, loaded some data an setup a design. Then, once we paid, they removed he SSL so now site shows unsecured. Now wants to bill us $99 extra for the SSL which was FREE during the trial, plus the monthly fees. We get an error now "The information you have entered on this page will be sent over an insecure connection and could be read by a third party. Are you sure you want to send this information?"

Hello Kenny, My name is William and I'm the Customer Advocate for 3dcart. During the trial you are given a temporary numeric store and secured url for the 15days. Once you've chosen to sign up you provide us the url and we create a shared secured url with it. The reason you are getting that warning is due to your store and secured url not matching. This happens because the shared secured url we provide for free has the .3dcartstores.com extension on it. This doesnt mean the page isn't secure however to prevent this you will need to purchase a dedicate certificate so the secured url matches and prevent this warning message. Watch your credit card statements. Billed me $99 for an app. I hadn't even logged in to my inactive site for six months. I guess the $23.99 a month I was already paying wasn't enough so they tacked on unauthorized services.

Hello Bryan, Sorry to hear you were billed. If the account was cancelled and inactive you should not have been charged. Our billing department can look into this further for you. I am very happy with 3dcart. It is feature rich, unlimited products, photos, etc. Tracks inventory. Integrates with Quickbooks and Stamps.com. And many more features. Also tech support is always excellent!

We are a 20 year old eCommerce company. Our company has used 3d cart for several years. We have also used other platforms before switching to 3dcart. There are pluses and minuses to every platform. I would say the biggest (really my only) negative is support staff. This problem is not limited to 3dcart. Finding good employees has become harder in all fields. With that being said, In my opinion, being a smaller company is their biggest advantage. Not that 3d is small, but relatively speaking, you will have a better chance of being heard at 3dcart than the other top competitors. They do have very knowledgeable support staff, they are just sometimes hard to get to. Some of the negative reviews I read are just rants. At times I have had rants also. Again, dealing with a smaller company, you will have a better shot at getting your issues heard and resolution. Overall all - my experience has been positive.
