Very good friendly service. They don't have a lot of staffs in the line to be avaialble 24/7, but they are available and always get back to you in discord within the same day (24 hours). They're very good at providing support towards the customer's needs, I needed extra storage space and created a ticket in discord channel and they increased it from 30GB to 50GB no questions asked no extra cost. Their hardware as of this comment posted on Node US 1, that's the one I'm on. It seems rather good and capable of handling servers with around 40-60 plugins. However that also varies depending on what type of plugin as always. Overall great support and good hardware. Prices are almost unbeatable, pretty close to the competitive rate. As of 6/17/2020 they don't seem to have ridiculous plans as other host providers which I won't name charging $10.00 per GB of RAM for a minecraft server to scam young age server owners.

✔️Overselling ✔️Sugar Coating Server Issues ✔️Wont let you use the ram you purchased ( It will crash other server in the node) ✔️Support wont notice if it involves using the resources you purcashed. ✔️Runs by a bunch of 14 yrs old. ✔️Worst decision of my life that I tried their service, Let this serve as a warning to the upcoming customers ✔️20 GB for 31$ in Singapore should be enough to tell you that they oversell and blames you for your plugin causing the issue. ✔️Total waste of money.

Hi, You charged back on your server payment and did not contact us about this issue once, nor did you give us a chance to even resolve this issue for you, we do not oversell our nodes, if you contacted us about your concerns, rather than instantly charging back, we would have worked with you, to agree on an amicable solution for your servers performance. Your server was crashing other servers due to the fact that we offer unrestricted CPU usage, which your server was abusing, likely due to a malicious plugin installed on your server, you were also running 1.15 with up to 40 players, you clearly need a dedicated provider for your hosting requirements. Furthermore, your argument regarding us not letting you use your full amount of ram purchased is false, we are more than happy for you to use up to 20GB Ram (the amount that you purchased), however, you set your custom startup command to use 20GB Ram, meaning your server was using more ram than what we had allocated to your server.
