Poor Quality
The quality of the product was not what I expected, based on the picture online, at all! This was going to be a Christmas gift for my dad, but I am going to refund it because I am not happy with this purchase.

SLOW TO SHIP - it’s been 8 days and item is still not with the carrier. It won’t make it to person’s wedding on time. NOT HAPPY! Customer support has not responded.
