4PatriotsReviews of 4patriots.com

About two years ago, 2020 2021 somewhere around there I bought four of their little black like a cell phone size solar chargers, to charge phones, and things like that, those convinced me that the stuff they sell is junk. None of them worked properly I bought four of them for my kids and myself they didn’t work worth a crap and they were way overpriced. I’d never buy nothing from this company again.

Horrible customer service. Been on phone for hours and even left call back number. Never called back never answered. They dont respond to email either. I almost canceled my credit card and i received my food 14 days later. Boxes were beat up. Some of my packets exploded in containers. Handles from container were blown off. Im not happy at all with this service!!!

Great product, customer service is a complete failure. You can never reach anyone on their 800 number. Customer service for 4 Patriots is a complete failure and disappointment.

I have been a faithfull customer for yrs. A Ret USN SERE-POW Inst. operating my survival tipi camp in W. Colorado. I have NEVER been able to reach a person on the phone and the Pat Bot does NOT work well. Recently serious medicial problem = in hospital and I had to return my total order - I can NOT make contact - have received NO reply in a month - and NO refund. Is this Company having problems - avoiding customers? I have talked with my Capital One Visa about a claim --- I am tired of the tap dance. They do super ads on how excellent they are, BUT after all these yrs - now I am having this SERIOUS problem with them ! Where is the communications ? Where is my REFUND ? Mtn Mel - Deweese,

I placed two orders - one for a three month food supply and the other for the 1800 generator. I received the food supply plus all the "extras" that came with the generataor order; however, have not received the generator. After tracking it through UPS, who indicated it had been delivered to "other"- it was at their direction that have been trying to contact 4Patriots to file a claim for a lost item. I have tried calling several times, been put on hold, asked to leave my number for call back and have held for extended periods of time until finally giving up - also left number "to hold my place in line" and never got a call back. I'm frustrated, because I need 4Patriots to start the claim process and either replace the item or return my money.

I decided to place my first order with this company and took advantage of the B1G2 free weeks free offer. I placed my order through the online chat with a person because I wanted to order two of these. Which totals 6 weeks worth of meals. Ordering was easy, shipping was quick, but once I opened my boxes I realized that the meals advertised as “what you will receive in your kit” were NOT what I received. I received something called “Aztec Chili with Mango” plus one package of oatmeal, one package of Alfredo noodles, one package of lasagna, and one package of “star spangled banner drink”. And this is times 6. I have tried calling twice. On hold for over 45 minutes each time, also requested a call back. Nothing. I have also tried to chat online 3 times and sit on hold. I wanted to like this company and do something helpful for my family, but this is not what I agreed to pay for and not the customer service I expected to have after ordering. *UPDATE* After an unsuccessful chat offering no resolution, I informed the agent of this review. After a few days I received email confirmations for the correct items to be sent to me. I appreciate the promptness to resolve an issue that was the fault of the company. But I will not be ordering anymore in fear of having the same issue again.

I got the emergency food pack. Pros.... The tote is nice. There was a package of Alfredo and one of meat flavored stew. Cons.... It included lots of Oatmeal, Mac and Cheese, rice, and rice vegetable dinners.2 pkgs of pancake mix, 2 packages of banana chips and one bag of pudding. THIS IS ALL STUFF I CAN GET AT THE GROCERY STORE!!! Next time I will buy it there...Put it in my own tote and save lots of $$$. It may not last 25 years but it is all dehydrated and will last a long time. I was so disappointed that this did not include more of the things of which people wouldn't already have a little extra.

I ordered a Generator 1800 in the past with difficulty regarding a "Deal" package. Never got it. I figure I give them another try with a Solar Go Fridge purchase. My Solar Go Fridge arrived about a week ago. I followed the instructions. I allowed it to sit upright overnight (instead of 2 hours) before plugging it in. I got no Power to the unit. After an hour of trouble shooting, I contacted and spoke with a 4Patriot Service person with no solution. As instructed, I packed up the Fridge and given a 3 days waiting period for a shipping label to be Emailed to me. Today the Fridge is still sitting in my living room with NO labels sent. "Taking payments for these items by 4Patriot were trouble free".
