4Patriots, LLC is an old-fashioned American success story. The company came to life at our kitchen table in Nashville, Tennessee with a notepad and pen. We had decided the soulless life of corporate America wasn’t for us, and that we wanted something more. We wanted to build something real; something that could really help people and provide real solutions to the problems that we, our families and our friends, encountered every day.Living on a shoestring budget, we used our savings to get started with our very first product, one that we knew could impact many people’s lives and get them on the road to greater self-reliance. We invested any profits we made right back into the company so we could continue to grow our business without borrowing a dime, and that’s how we continue to do business today.It might have taken us a little longer this way, but at the end of the day we’ve been able to build a thriving company that treats our customers and employees right.Today, not only do we offer a wide variety of great products that help our customers be more self-reliant and independent, but we’ve also been able to provide full-time jobs for over 200 people (and we’re still growing!). I purchased the Patriot Pure Ultimate Water Filtration System 2025 Edition. It works great. Water tastes very good. The problem I had was setting it up. Most of the directions were good. BUT a lot more detailed instructions are needed when first filling it up. The 5 filters will absorb a gallon of water (nothing is said about that happening). It takes 2 more gallons to fill it up. This is survival food only. Absolutely Nothing is free. I believe the generators are overpriced. Way to much rice and energy drinks, the chocolate pudding would not thicken up,I'd give the macaroni n cheese a 4/10 and the chili bean cheese mac 6/10

My generator stopped working it was the weekend and I had terrible time with the online chat support. I had an equally frustrating experience communicating over text. But in the end I finally got someone on the phone during regular business hours. She was great, she read the file and she didn't make me repeat everything. She gave me a solution.

I have a 1200 generator, multiple pieces of gear and food, everything has worked though I cannot get the 100 watts out of any of the 4 panels, best is 240 combined. Custmoer service has been great with one issue.

In real-world outdoor conditions, it’s very common to see lower output — often 60–80% of the rated capacity depending on sun intensity, time of day, cloud cover, temperature, and panel positioning. Ordered 3 lithium battery generators; two arrived defective (one won't charge at all, the other one shuts off power completely around 50% state of charge). Terribly unreliable products for back up power during an outage. Stay away from this company...these have been sitting in my garage for nearly 2 months waiting for a return label from the company. UPDATE; Company has since escalated the difficulties to a supervisor and they have been extremely helpful in remediating the situation. Appreciate the transparent communication and support!

The quality is outstanding; it feels sturdy and built to last. I was impressed with how easy it was to assemble, and I had it set up in no time. The multiple compartments are perfect for sorting my food items. I especially love the stackable bins that maximize vertical space—great for jars and cans! I placed an order at 4patriots for survival food. They stated that it would take 7 to ten days to process and ship my order. They stated that they would email me a notification of shipping and a tracking number for my package. They did not! After a week I contacted them to inquire about my order. They claimed it had already been delivered and had a Fed Ex picture of it at the door to my building. I said that I had not received the package or even a tracking number for the package. If I had I would have been there to receive the package. I didn't, and wasn't there and the package is gone. I am out $98 and the operator basically said it's just tough luck! Don't buy from 4patriots you probably won't get your order either. Update Nov 30 After posting here 4patriots reached out to me and reshipped my order, complete with the tracking number. I am pleased to say my package just arrived today and I was here to receive it because of the tracking number. Thank you, 4patriots, for making this right. I am happy with this outcome.
