I felt like I did not get the quality of instruction for what I paid for the class. It actually discouraged me afterwards from pursuing my pmp examination.

I’ve been on the fence about my rating so I modified it from the worst. Having already obtained my MBA in project management, I assumed the certification wouldn’t be challenging. I honestly don’t blame the institute but the course material, content, & format need to be more transparent in their advertisements. Information overload to the highest degree. This course focuses mostly on testing techniques vs. content. Knowing now what I didn’t know then I would have waited.

Michelle, Thank you for your feedback. As you know our students receive a tremendous amount of care and support during their preparation. However, the exam nor the preparation are for everybody. It is a difficult exam requiring serious commitment. But the payback is many times over. Our students receive a video course to review prior to the class, an application preparation tool, free application review by an expert, course kick-off sessions, reminders to complete the tasks throughout the course, in-class course material including course guide, slides, 100+ templates, 2000+ simulated exam questions, instructor support after the class, and after-class 2-hour exam review sessions every other week. Some can ace it within a week or two, some require a more rigorous preparation. However, our course provides everything required no matter your preparation style. We also provide guidance with tools and study plans for various studying styles. We are still invested in your success even after your disappointment. The instructor was great, but I felt that all the class consisted of was reading page by page, line by line, straight from the book. I feel that I could have done this from the comfort of my own home and gotten the same out of it. Also, I did not pass the test before the change in January and never recieved the revised book, as promised by customer service.

Dear Jacob, I am not sure if you are confusing our company with another. All of our instructors are veterans and present our course material with examples, templates, illustrations, and videos. When PMI changed the course content in 2021, we were not allowed to provide students their content. Period. It is as per PMI's contract. For students who were with us in 2020, we offered an updated refresher course conducted by our Chief Learning Officer at no cost, provided you additional access to our online portal without charging a single penny, extended access to the 2000+ questions for the new version without charging additionally, allowed students to attend bi-weekly exam review sessions with no extra charge. We offered students the ability to purchase the new content from PMI at a highly discounted enrollment cost as required by PMI under our ATP agreement. If you feel we still fell below your expectations, please call our office and we will be happy to discuss.
