DO NOT BUY! Scam and useless device! I bought this as I couldn't afford in-person laser removal. I emailed the company after a few weeks to specifically ask for a refund because it was not working (I have light skin and dark hair) to which they replied to use the device for 8-12 weeks for it to work and ignored my request for a refund. I then emailed them a few days after the 12 weeks as the device was still useless after following their directions, and they emailed back saying I could no longer get a refund because I had gone past the 12 weeks! Such scammers! Do not buy!

Zero difference in hair growth for both me and my husband. We followed all directions (that were minimal) for the full recommend 8 weeks, and even a couple more, faithfully and neither of us have less hair. Waste of time and money.
