This is an absolutely amazing site!! I have been a listener since 2015. I left in 2018, but this site has always tugged at my heart so now I’m back. The help and support that members receive from this site is amazing. They leave feeling like they have people to vent to and honestly, 7Cups changes and saves lives. I know it saved mine. I started when I was 16 and going through a lot of trauma. This site helped me to heal and be a light for others going through the same. 7Cups changed my life. It also made me realize that the job and path I was supposed to take in life, was helping people and loving others. And now I’m on my way to becoming a Substance Abuse Counselor and working at a Recovery Center. I cannot thank everyone at 7Cups enough for the work they do. ♥️

Truly an inspiring experience from a listeners point of view. I first came to this site as a lovesick loner, missing my wife, having dark feelings and thoughts. I decided to become a listener because me and my ex always wanted to help others and I wanted to continue that journey. Little did I know it would spark a huge passion in me. Being a listener is a humbling and rewarding position. To be able to help other people sort out their darkest moments and metaphorically hold their hand through mental/ emotional health crisis is truly rewarding. We all help eachother here on this site. After 36 years I now have decided to go back to college to become a mental and emotional health counselor. I always wanted to help others but never knew my path. Thank you 7 cups for not just helping me through my own dark hour but giving me the chance to give back to others. To spread compassion and love and literally change my life. This is a community about growth, love, acceptance, encouragement, and setting real mental and emotional Mile stones. Thank you 7cup. This isnt just a review but a letter of gratitude.

Great way to gain patient experience for those wanting to go into healthcare/mental health care

First of all, this platform gave me so much. I've joined 7cups just some time ago due to a tons of academic pressure and wanted to work on something new but also didn't want to leave my comfort zone, which was related to psychology. That's when I coincidentally came to know about this amazing platform from my friend. I've joined as a listener. Started listening individuals and tried providing them a place where they could open up freely. Started learning from 7cups academic trainings, without spending a single amount of money because it was free of cost. Also became a verified listener within this short duration of time. It's an amazing platform and I still have a long way to go.
