There is such a need for more resources to mental health support and 7cups offers that. The volunteers and staff work hard to keep it a safe, productive space. As such, and especially with such sensitive material, things happen, and I've experienced that, but it's to be expected and the staff handle it very well. It's been a haven for me and urge others to look past any negative reviews and give 7cups a chance. Maybe they'll find a refuge like I did.
