Yes! A Breathworks that started out with ease. It was much better building up over a few days than when I first experienced Breathwork. The very first time I was exposed to Breathwork I thought it was woo woo. I still went into it with an open mind and heart. I was at a point in my life I needed change in so many ways. This I can do in the comfort of my home and not be embarrassed of any release. The support I have received from the community is wonderful. No fear of being vulnerable. To everyone at 9D and its community, thank you.

When I have to contact tech support especially these days, it’s a complicated process just to find their email address, let alone wait for an accurate and timely response that responds to my issue. I was struggling with understanding how the app works, how it works with Skool and when and how billing works after the free trial. Usually I experience a curt, generic link that only addresses part of my specific concerns with the rest ignored, and get passed off. People are overworked and overwhelmed. Kate was and has been more than polite, in fact warm and supportive in such a generous way that her email brought tears to my eyes. It was heartfelt. She showed true connection and genuine support of my issues including of me as a human being , like I wasn’t just an annoyance but that I mattered, my concerns mattered, what I put in my email mattered. This was the complete opposite of what I am used to getting. People may be helpful and polite but they don’t have the time or tools to even hear you. She did and I felt heard , seen and supported. Overall customer support has been great if taking a few days longer sometimes to respond to questions, but aside from making myself quite annoying and persistant, there are different time zones that likely play a role too. Their support is what you would hope for but not expect. Their team has been great overall, actually supportive, and usually with quick responses. It seems to depend on your specific problem and probably time. If you need customer service, their team is terrific!

Powerful, transformative, absolute must experience!

There are tons of resources within 9D to make this business a success, but it has not been as easy as I had hoped. Most of my breathers never sign up for another class, like I had hoped. I am not sales wiz and putting myself out there on social media and calling, texting friends and family feels awkward. But I may have to break down and do that as I am not making enough money to even pay my $200 per month for access to the 9D library and I am in my 9th month doing this. Yoga studios want 30% of my profit and most classes have 0-3 breathers in them. I take full responsibility. They didn’t promise me that I would make money. Consider how comfortable you are being a content creator/sales person/sales funnel person. The love of breathwork is not enough to make money at this.

9D breathwork is amazing. Wim Hof on steroids, really. The community on Skool is very encouraging and supportive, but more importantly the actual breathing sessions are incredible. They start off slow but dial up the intensity progressively. Had very positive experiences so far, which is very early in the journey. And definitely am finding myself calmer and more present, which is what I wanted out of it.

Absolutely the most educational and supportive system out there. They truly are so helpful along the enitire way trough the program. World class in everything they do!

I have been stuck in a very hyper vigilant state since I was a child. After my father left us, I became the other parent. Throwing my nervous system in protective mode like 24/7. I hadnt realized all this until just recently. I was able to see how my hyper vigilance played in a huge part in how I showed up in relationships. Especially my marriages, which suffered tremendously. I was on the verge of a second divorce when I came across 9D breath work. I wasn't sure what to expect, however I was eager to learn either way. Quietly, day one and two's practice crept in on my heart, calming it. Bringing peace that I don't think I had ever felt before. I felt a deep bliss within that peace, that allowed me to lower my walls, and see where I hurt my husband with my hyper vigilant and reactiveness. Thus apologize tremendously for that pain, and in doing so finally release so many years of self torment. I didn't expect to get him back, however something inside him, saw something different within me, and the he embraced me so tightly. Kissed me with such passion and expressed such deep love for me. And for the first time in such a long time I could fall into his embrace, soften and give the love to him I had wanted to for so long but physically couldn't. In return, I was able to fully receive his love, without conditions or control. Just surrending to this beautiful feeling within me. I cannot express my appreciation enough for what this 5day program has done for me and my family. Words, emotions, and tears are not enough. So I feel you must just try it for yourself. It's tough don't get me wrong. The last three days were very intense. I get panic attacks very easily, and I was triggered the last two days. My arms went into full tingle and lock mode, and I had to bring myself out then go back in. That was the most extreme panic attack I have ever experienced, and that experience set me up to be able to handle future anxiety attacks. The fact this program is multi layered, is what creates such great success. So thank you again to those who created the program and are giving out the 5 day program for free. I can imagine how much their full program can help in other areas of my life...
