Very disappointing experience
Very disappointing experience. The customer service I received from Stephanie T. and Marcela was rude and unprofessional. I was unable to take my scheduled test because my desk setup was not accepted, and instead of receiving helpful and respectful assistance, the situation was handled poorly. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this institution. If you are considering taking an exam here, I strongly suggest looking at other options where candidates are treated professionally and with respect.

⚠️ Extremely Unprofessional and Fraudulent Experience ⚠️ This company is an absolute fraud. I was scheduled to take an exam and no proctor ever showed up. I spent hours waiting, putting aside important personal responsibilities, only to be completely ignored. When I contacted customer service, the experience became even worse. The representative was disrespectful, rude, and unprofessional. She constantly interrupted me, would not allow me to explain the situation, and refused to properly address my complaint about their terrible service. I was then told that no refund would be issued, despite the fact that the service was never provided. As a result, I lost my money, wasted valuable time, missed three days of classes, and now have to pay again with another company. This is unacceptable and deceptive business behavior. I strongly do not recommend this company to anyone. Save yourself the stress, the time, and the money.

The issue was not that the proctor failed to connect; rather, the chat session was closed before the assigned proctor was able to share the meeting details where the session would take place. Our support team did provide assistance; however, a refund was requested. A partial refund was issued, as the training’s instructional resources had already been completed. A Waste of Time (and the downfall of society)
Your product is extremely low quality and only exists because governments require it. This sort of laziness and fluff is a poison in our society. If you don’t do something with care, no need to do it at all. Learned nothing, wasted time. Thanks for nothing.

Had the worst experience with this…
Had the worst experience with this website I do not recommend to anyone please do not use this website it just robs your money and doesn’t let you finish the food handling test so you can get the certification, I am extremely disappointed spent money on this website and didn’t get anything in return please do not use this website. It will be a waste of time & money.

Our Food Handler training is designed to be self-paced, allowing you the flexibility to complete the modules at your convenience. If done in one sitting, the training typically takes about 1.5 hours. I paid for the course and did not…
I paid for the course and did not complete it. they said my purchase expired to learn the materials. and they would not 'renew' what i paid for. i emailed and they stood firm saying its been too long. how can what i purchase expire? this isn't a loaf of bread, its course material i paid to have access to. its not a subscription, if thats the case then they should make that clear. any other online education you can purchase outright and take your time or subscribe - this pricing scheme is predatory.
