Very sketchy company
Following receiving a confirmation email for my order, I received an email telling me to send them a picture of the front and back of my credit card and a picture of my government issue ID. I said no. When I received the unit, the case is a cheap plastic box...not the Fluke soft case. The Fluke USB was missing, the disk that is supposed to be a Fluke CD is actually a cheap home-made cd. So be very careful ordering from this company. They are substituting factory original with compromise. As of 12/3/25, the company has reached out to apologize for the issues mentioned above. They sent me the correct Fluke case and stated they’ve taken corrective measures to make sure they aren’t requesting sensitive information be disclosed. I won’t go back, but maybe this will help someone.

Thank You for your purchase! This $4,000 Order requested different bill to / ship to addresses. Our credit card processor requires us to take additional measures to prevent fraud when shipping to a non billing address on high value purchases. All measures were clearly explained in detail. We shipped the order with the exact accessories as described and shown in the product listing photos. There was some confusion, so we upgraded the carrying case at no additional cost ($250 value).
