The flowers were beautiful and delivered on time but the teddy bear was way too small I would say this was small not medium and for the price not worth it but the flowers and the service was amazing

Hi Thomas. We are checking with our local partner regarding the size of the bear, please email us before placing an order in the future so we can upgrade it for free. abcFlora.com

Flowers were not well prepared or presented
Reply from abcFlora International Flower DeliverySep 15, 2020
Dear Customer Your order was for delivery on Aug 28, our local florist attempt the delivery on that day but security at the gated community did not allow to access. After 3 days calling the recipient phone number finally they answer and flowers were delivered as requested. It was not our florist fault that he wasn't allowed to access to the community (due covid situation) and that recipient didn't answer the phone. We do do not have any record of your claim about quality, we invite you to email us so we can solve this as we usually do with every customer. Thanks.
