Went to Egypt with A&K. - Communication was poor - several times had to email repeatedly to get answers. - Clothes they said were required on tours was incorrect. Caused me to have to purchase clothes that were more suitable on the trip - Tipping suggestions were not correct. - Only one meal provided was good - chicken was chewy and dinner options were limited and not what I would expect on an expensive tour. Although food on the Nike Cruise Boat was great. - My food restrictions were not passed on to Egypt. - Out Egyptian guide was wonderful. My issues are more with the US team and not the tour guides. This was during the Israel issues and there was no communication prior to the trip concerning this. I doubt I will travel with them in the future.

I will NEVER, EVER, EVER use A&K again and when asked I tell people to use another tour company. They give you bad and incorrect travel information. They do not return inquires and tell you they are too busy. I am waiting for two refunds. We went to South Africa and Kenya with them. I cannot say enough bad things about them. Interesting that they do not ask their customers to review them at the end of a trip

We are so pleased that Gary at A&K recommended a trip to Cambodia. Our experience was better than expected and I had high expectations! Specifically our guides Salon and Siem Reap and Sam in Phnom Penh deserve special mention. Their knowledge of the history and culture of this amazing country was faultless. The hotels were superb especially the Jaya House River park with daily massages included and laundry service!

The UK team at A&K were great and put together our itinerary in line with what we wanted to see and made some great suggestions for other sights, all of which were amazing. In the destination, our guides and drivers were well informed, friendly and helpful often going above and beyond to make sure the trip went well, especially when we had to leave early because of the war in Israel.

Good advice about the trip, efficient and friendly support - and great choice of hotel for the trip.

It is not about the trip, but about the staff ,lack of communication, unanswered mails, false bills, I cannot understand how such a big company has such incompetent staff.

We travelled to Turkey with A@kK in 2016 and it was five star all the way. Based on that experience, we booked a trip with A&K to Sicily, September 2023. The hotels were 3 star at best and the hotel in Palermo was appalling. Our view on the first floor overlooked an alley with trash cans! We sent a photo of this to A&k and was told our group of 15 was an entry level tour! Not only insensitive but totally lacking in degrading response given the price paid. I would never travel with A&K again, which the same response from the other 14 members of the group. They were disgusted when we showed them the A&K response. A&k is no longer a prestige company. I STRONGLY recommend you avoid them

A&K organised a summer holiday for us in July/August 2023 to Sri Lanka. This was a fantastic two week experience. Our consultant in the UK Brandon recommended an itinerary that took us from West to East starting in Galle and everything was planned out meticulously. We had a great A&K guide (Ashok) from day one, the hotels were all boutique and exquisite (we particularly enjoyed the Ceylon Tea Trails property) and the cultural excursions (from temple visits, elephant safaris, etc.) were all appropriately planned. It was the right balance between fun and culture and our two teenage children had a blast. The country itself is of course beautiful and the people are very warm. I would highly recommend Sri Lanka & A&K. Maqbool Mohamed
