We have just had a safari holiday in Madikwe in SA and then on to Mauritius organised by Abercrombie & Kent. It was a complicated trip to organise (7 of us) and A & K bent over backwards in making everything work. In particular they superbly organised the small things like being met from and escorted to flights and hotels , and the storage of luggage too heavy for the internal flights. I felt that if anything had gone wrong they would have moved heaven and earth to put it right. Particular thanks to the extraordinarily calm and patient Ben.

A & K ( Abercrombie and Kent ) handled our holiday from start to finish in a very professional manner, from the ground handling personnel with all transfers being conducted promptly, smartly and safely, to all the relevant information about timings, flights, accommodation and meals and much more all done with what seems to be ease. A big thank you to Mr Ben Harrison who has spent hours and hours on my behalf making our journey stress free.

I decided to use A&K for my 2022 Ascent of Kilimanjaro because, from reading their marketing material for their Kilimanjaro Expeditions on email, they were a high quality operation. People I knew in the "&Beyond" group and Classic Safari Company of Australia, recommended A&K and you had been in Tanzania for 60 years. I, also, was returning to climb Kilimanjaro after 60 years. The team that I dealt with from Ben Harrison through from Christian and especially our most excellent Guide, Desmass Mariki, were top drawer. No complaints -- all good.

What an incredible experience! A&K went to so much trouble to ensure my holiday was absolutely perfect. Every single member of staff from the initial booking conversation to the final airstrip drop off was completely committed to providing an outstanding level of service. I booked a holiday with a company and ended up with trusted friends. I’ll be back!

Visited Morocco through them. From start to finish we felt safe in their hands. From the telephone calls at the beginning of our search, to the guides who escorted us on our travels around the country. Definitely recommend

If I could say -5 stars I would for £10,000 per day is was very poor - the accommodation was less than 3star and we were totally underwhelmed! It’s now a massive £102,000 per week without any food - you are promised amazing food most of which I wouldn’t feed my dog! We had the best meals on the beach! And the best times too!

This is my first trip with Abercrombie & Kent. I’ve been on several trips with National Geographic and loved those. I wanted to try a different tour operator and see how they compare to National Geographic. The trip is 2 months off and already I’m having my doubts. Multiple emails from different people asking for the exact same information, namely flight arrangements. I keep telling each person when I sent the requested information and to whom. Nothing much about the trip itinerary yet or who will be leading the tour. By now with National Geographic I would have had that information and would have been provided with a list of suggested reading materials to learn more about the tour destinations. So far, I’m less than impressed. This is supposed to be a top tier tour operator…they certainly charge top tier prices. Time will tell
