Things were not damaged
Things were not damaged. Both packing crew and moving crews were very professional and efficient. The office was very easy to contact for information and questions

A better Tripp was responsive and affordable. There was some damage to our items, but not too bad.

I was so surprised at how fast the men…
I was so surprised at how fast the men worked. I figured we would be there all day. They had it done in a short amount of time. By noon, they were loading the truck & heading down the road to my house. They unloaded at my house all the things that were to stay There & then off to storage they went with the rest of my things. Nothing was broken, lost or in any way damaged. The men were very polite & clean.

Overall pleased
Overall, I am pleased. A few broken items, as can be expected. Estimate was not on target and took 2 trips, not one as originally quoted. The movers were very professional. Took great care to wrap all furniture.
