I made a transfer of money on April 12th to start working with the App. Today is May 14th and, although I reported this issue to customer support, my balance is still at 0€. I no longer want to use the App. Please, I want my money back. Updated in June 3rd. I am still waiting for a solution. My ticket ID on your customer support system is 285815 and it is assigned to a person called Jisoo since April 20th. Updated in July 12th. I´ve got my money back. What a relief!

Poor support, I tried to withdraw funds, my bank confirmed the funds were returned due to an error on my banks part, who gave me the incorrect branch detail that my account was associated with, however, when I provided the correct information, completing a disbursement form, 1 month later I have still not received the funds and am being ignored by their support, or at best. they respond days after me asking for an update, saying they were very busy at the moment. It is a joke. I am happy to provide Trustpilot full transparency to corroborate my post! Well Still going on, radio silence as per normal, another 7 days, that is 2.7 months since initial withdrawal request! Tick Tock, how can anyone deal with an organisation like this!!! I have not heard from anyone btw only their marketing apps!!

Very easy to deposit money...IMPOSSILE to get it out....Error after error with the app, support doesn't reply, and your money is just STUCK. I even just deleted the app, my money is still with them....

I opened an account, then could not verify with my updated driving Licence, Got message from Omar he said the date was smudged,, I think he needs to go to specsavers, as my picture is 1080p loud and clear, no smudges, They said this as they don't want any new members!! response to your reply, your not a honest service, you show me what part you are unable to read, your the first ever to say a new ID is not readable..

Hello Les, We apologize for the confusion. However, each ID is reviewed by a number of individuals (third party and Abra employees) before it is rejected and the reason is relayed to you the user. Although your photo may have been 1080p, if the numbers are not clear it cannot be accepted. I have been at this since yesterday at 5pm. The app will not provide a verification code. It is advertised as user friendly and it is NOT. The PC interface is too hard to work with too as they do not have easy user experience.

I for a long time could not find my recovery phrase and my phone got stolen. Bought some bitcoin on abra years ago and finally remembered where I had put it, inside my title documents for my house. Tried to recover my wallet which is now worth tens of thousands and it didn't work. Contacted customer service and when I explained this, they stopped responding. Perhaps they changed the "13 word phrase" since inception but I certainly did not write it down incorrectly and it is definitely my recovery phrase (why would a random piece of paper with 9 meaningless words be hidden inside my title documents and that I remembered to look there?) now even with my recovery phrase, i can't access my wallet and my funds are gone forever. Scam.

Hello Carolyn, We apologize for the confusion here. However, an Abra recovery phrase has always consisted of 13 words. The word"at" is specific to Abra and every Abra recovery phrase will start with "at", followed by 12 random words for a total of 13. As other crypto wallets/apps tend to also use private keys/recovery phrases it is possible the 9 words you have written down may belong to another wallets/app. It is possible you may have combined words (example: illegal, can be two words "ill" and "legal" instead of one as illegal) or it is possible you did not write down the remaining 4 words. I opened the account two weeks ago and it still shows pending verification the only thing is available is to transfer money with credit card which charges 7% fees on top of your trading fees. I contacted customer service many times and other than “we will let you you know once the issue gets solved” no explanation or support. I would suggest beware that with this app you are on your own if something happens chances are you’ll have to go through a painful journey to solve any issues.
