Do not buy the service plan from ABT!!
Do not buy the service plan from ABT!!! Complete waste of money because when you call to have something repaired they cannot help you for 30 days. You’ll have to hire a private repairman anyway!

Strange Policies and a Frustrating Experience
I attempted to place an order on Abt today, Black Friday, after successfully making purchases from multiple other websites without any issues. My first order was rejected because they don’t allow shipping to a last-mile delivery service (Fetch) address. Surprisingly, this was the first time I encountered such a restriction. They asked me to wire the payment if I wanted the order shipped to that address—quite an interesting policy! My second attempt, using a different address, also failed. This time, the reason given was "security reason that I can't tell you." Their approach seemed odd, and customer service was unhelpful in resolving the matter.

We apologize for the inconvenience our security measures may have caused. When Abt's web order verification department processed the order it did not meet the automated security checks. We were in communication with the customer on friday and informed him during processing the order did not meet the automated security checks. We suggested using an alternate method of payment. We're sorry for any misunderstanding or confusion this may have caused.

The live Chat rep., Josh Leff was fantastic! So, polite, professional and extremely helpful. Also, Carmen was extremely efficient, and helpful in getting a small credit issued to my credit card. The entire experience was wonderful. And, I received my complete order within 2 days.
