Very helpful and good platform for marketing

When our summer internship through a local university fell through, we quickly scrambled to find another candidate to help us with social media marketing. After completing Acadium's questionnaire, I received a match with a potential candidate within 48 hours. Shortly after a qualification meeting, I decided the candidate met our requirements and started within a week of our search. Mentorship is a two-way street and requires effort on both sides. I meet twice a week to set direction and provide feedback. So far, the apprentice is motivated, delivers good work, and is happy to gain experience using social media tools and analytics. I am happy that we can produce more content for our community on our way to empowering parents and enriching kids.

This was a total gamechanger! I could not believe the value I got from my marketing apprentice. I will say the first few were not a fit but 3rd individual I met was unbelievable. I'd suggest this for any start-up or small team needing to work with an up-and-coming star!

Worst experience I e ever had! These new reviews look like fake reviews if you ask me. There is no way that they are legit, and I gave this company plenty of chances. I genuinely dont want people to have to go through the same experience I did. One of the biggest waste of times in My life and especially during a crucial time in building my business. The fact they still exist is a scam. They guarantee you all of these amazing things, yet their own interns will tell you that they barely vet them. I went through almost 4 different interns. 1 of them was good and that’s it. Most didn’t have college degree and weren’t English native speakers. It’s just lie after lie after lie. I’m still frustrated from my experience with them and it’s been almost half a year. Don’t waste your money or your time!

Moe here, CEO of Acadium. I have spoken with Alex on the phone in the past and our CS team has had many emails trying to help him. Both our staff at Acadium and Alex have had a bad experience working with each other. We ended up refunding him and downgrading his account.

As a college student who takes his future career very seriously this experience was a waste of time. Time that could ha e been spent doing homework and preparing for exams. Instead I chose to listen to their influencers, whom of which they must pay well to associate with such a company. I signed up for the apprenticeship program and wasn't expecting to be excepted my first try. To my surprise I was and landed my first apprenticeship interview withing a few days of creating my profile and completing the "vetting" call. However, the business chose to look for another candidate. OK how is this my fault. Their own FAQ section says this could happen and to not get discouraged. OK easy enough, I wasn't discouraged as I know that I am green and would probably take a while to find a mentor to learn from. Which is what they advertise to their apprentices is the chance to learn in the real world. After finding out the mentor was going to look for another candidate I was emailed saying I had been paused from matchmaking and to follow the steps in the email to get back into the pool for matchmaking and until I completed those steps I would be paused. So I immediately completed the steps which was just a feedback about the mentor and what went wrong. I then waited and kept checking only to find that 5 days later I am still paused and even after messaging their chatbot support provided through to app. Which I might add says they respond I under 2 hours. After 3 messages and 4 days of waiting I still am paused and never received a response. So their 2 hour response time is a lie and the service is awful. Now imagine if you are the business that paid money for a poor service. I don't know maybe paying money you get better customer service, but those businesses are paying for apprentices a d if you can't keep those what service do you have to sell. Mr. Bass you have a wonderful idea however you have executed it poorly. I'd hate to see your future competition as they may end up putting you in a position of looking for a job yourself. Apprentices should save their time and go about building a portfolio of their own. For college students keep all your course projects and create a personal website to display it, and share it on LinkedIn for employers to see. Create your own exposure don't rely on Mr. Bass and his unethical team of marketers to spoil your energy. I look forward to Mr. Bass to respond as I'm sure it will be twisted to fit his narrative. No Mr.Bass I don't want your money or a job i want you to polish this into the Gem it could have been. Start with setting more realistic expectations for mentors or a more rigorous vetting process.

Hi Trey, Moe Abbas, CEO here. I believe you are referring to me when you mention Mr. Bass. I checked with our CS team and they don't have a ticket from you. We do see that you posted on social media so maybe that is where the confusion is. It looks like you were pulled out of the matching pool. Sometimes our vetting team misses things in our vetting call and a candidate gets through that should not have. One of the requirements is having a basic proficiency in writing. This includes writing with minimal grammatical errors. When a business rejects a candidate we look at the communication and review the application. In your case, you do not meet the requirements for an apprenticeship. It's challenging to explain to everyone why they are not a fit and 99% of the time we can do this on the vetting call. I can see how you would be upset and apologize the the miscommunication around this. I can jump on a call to discuss with you as well. You can book here - calendly.com/moeabbas We are iterating our vetting process to set more clear expectations around this.

Absolutely worth my time, energy, and investment! After much deliberation and consideration, I decided to join the Acadium Plus Experiential Learning Course. I did quite a bit of research about bootcamps in general (including most of the $10k+ tech bootcamps) and compared those similar to Acadium and I am very glad I made the choice to stick with Acadium. Be prepared as the course will challenge you in many ways to help build your confidence as a marketer, gain valuable experience as an apprentice, and support your every step in the journey from beginner status to becoming a confident marketing specialist with experience. Not only does the course provide learning material, but it also provides the opportunity to work as an apprentice/intern to gain invaluable experience that is required for most jobs you are likely already applying for. The entire process can be catered to your exact needs. This includes getting a job, securing a promotion, starting your own business, securing clients as a freelancer, and many others. As of writing this message, every one of the active and engaging students in my cohort that started this journey together now have a job in digital marketing. For myself personally, I have gained a new level of confidence and ability in digital marketing, a defined professional growth path that I didn't have during college, and I was able to secure a job that pays over double my previous salary. Trust the process, put in the work, and be persistent. Taking this course has truly changed my professional and personal life.
