Joining acadium was one of the best things I have done in a while having no experience in digital marketing acadium allowed me to do something I loved without any experience with courses and task along with mentor support
Acadium not only offers a marketplace where both the employer and employees meet but also acts as a learning tool towards personal development and expertise with the right guidance and support from mentors

The best place to build experience and your portfolio
I love the Acadium model because I want to start working in English, and I don't have contacts nor colleagues in this language. I was noticed about them by a colleague in a Facebook group and I'm so happy for that. With Acadium I can start from zero, improve my skills, build my portfolio and my network.
I'm doing their Ambassador Program and the Ambassador Lead is very kind and always willing to help.
Also, the platform provides tons of valuable advice in their blog, and have mini-courses to make your firsts steps even if you didn't landed an apprenticeship yet.

The place to be when starting a digital marketing career!
I found Acadium whilst passively looking for remote social media jobs. I wasn’t sure where to start, or what I should even be looking for - I was clueless with little to no experience! As I looked more into Acadium I couldn’t believe my luck- I could get an apprenticeship and learn from a real life business owner and mentor.Whilst I am waiting to be partnered with a mentor in the meantime, I am doing the Acadium ambassador programme which is a month- long course and I am really enjoying it so far. I have been given insight already to things I didn’t know would be useful. With Acadium I have been able to enrol in courses and attain the digital marketing experience I will need for my future career. What I also love is that I can be anywhere in the world and complete my work with the flexibility of Acadium!
I would recommend Acadium to anyone wanting to get started on marketing, copywriting, digital marketing or social media - there really is so much to learn!

Acadium dodged my simple question
I was contacted on LinkedIn by an Acadium salesperson, asking if I would be open to hosting an apprentice within my business. I asked one clear and simple question (about the US vs. non-US dispersal of the apprentices in the Acadium program), and twice my question was dodged by Acadium in our digital chat. Since this gave off a red flag that (for whatever reason) this question couldn't be answered before a "15-minute phone call", I halted our engagement. Please don't come at me like a used car salesman who isn't willing to be honest about your product.

Hi Greg,
Moe here CEO of Acadium. I see that you are not a member of Acadium but were reached out to by a member on our marketing team. They are not trained in the specifics of the technical question you asked. I'll add this to the training docs based on your feedback. To answer you question about how many are based in the U.S. for our vetted match program it's ~80%.

Acadium mentorship experience
My decision to work with a partnered Acadium mentor was one of the best choices I've made as a young professional. From day one, my mentor offered me the support, guidance, and wisdom that I wouldn't have gotten otherwise. In a world where connections matter, this is a fantastic place to get started!

"Unemployable" SAHM to Well-Paid Remote WAHM (after ONE apprenticeship!)
I found Acadium after googling what I thought was a naive, unicorn type dream: "copywriting apprenticeship" (or something close enough to it.)
I'd been studying independently for a while, but felt unqualified to actually go out and apply for work without real results.
I didn't want to "learn on my client's dime", and with three little ones at home, I didn't have the time to go through and learn prospecting, sales, business development, and everything else on TOP of copywriting.
I wanted to practice copywriting in the real world NOW.
I also didn't have the cash or credit to pay for professional mentorship.
And so, I joined Acadium via the free option.
After a few weeks of checking out mentorships, being invited to opportunities, and not really finding the right fit... I was invited out of the blue to the PERFECT mentorship! It had everything I was looking for.
The exact style of copywriting I wanted to practice, with the same style and tone I wanted to imitate, the perfect family oriented team. I literally couldn't recreate a better offer if I tried! We interviewed each other and I accepted.
The next three months were immensely challenging, rewarding, and full of growth (both in my skills and personal development.) I was offered a job early on in my apprenticeship, and accepted that job upon completion.
I literally never would've had an opportunity like this without Acadium.
I had direct access to a highly skilled, successful expert in my field. I was a copy cub to a mighty Copy Chief. It was the kind of opportunity that would normally cost several thousand dollars, minimum. Instead, I learned for free.
Don't misunderstand me- it was hard work.
I prioritized furthering my learning and education outside of my apprenticeship, reached out to ask how I could help, and made a point to offer as much value as I could (without being a pain in the tail, of course.)
Thanks to this platform, I was connected with a once in a lifetime opportunity and a team that has become like family.
If you're looking for practical experience in a new field, a possible connection to your next job, or if you're "unemployable" and need tangible skills and recent experience (say, a stay at home parent?)... Acadium can help you.
I will say, be discerning of the opportunities. Not every mentorship is a winner.
Be crystal clear with what you want out of this, and what you're willing to give in return.
If you want to learn from an expert, don't apply to or accept a mentorship from someone with a low level of experience.
If you want to practice your skills without much interference, look for something that specifies that rather than one that talks about rigorous scheduling and tasks.
Anyway... I spread the Acadium gospel every chance I get. 10/10!

The Future Belongs To Acadium
I am so happy that I found Acadium. It saved $1,500 in school feels. Acadium believes we should not have to pay to find a job. I agree. I took 162 modules along with answering 15 questions per each module. My confidence was boosted.
I also did two apprenticeships. I enjoyed working with my mentors. My graphic design skills improved.
Now I feel confident about my job search.

Be prepared to hit the ground running!
After taking a few courses on digital marketing, I found myself in a dilemma where I had the knowledge but no proof or confidence that I could do it at all.
Luckily a friend shared Acadium with me to try out and I couldn't believe I'd found a professional platform that allows you to find plenty of opportunities to gain real experience. I felt the world had opened up again as I could build relationships to take off in my career.
Remember, nothing good comes easy. I had my own challenges with a mentor that I realised wasn't a great fit. Amazingly Acadium assigns an advisor to you who checks in weekly to see if apprenticeship is on track. I loved that they asked if the tasks assigned to me were aligned with my goals. Which they weren't so.
It made me aware that as an apprentice I still have a say so in the work I am given and have to take control over what I want achieve!
It can be very scary going out on your own to figure all this out, but rest assured that once you're accepted you are supported every step of the way!
