Purchasing a prepaid subscription box in the current month will put you into the queue for the following month's box. This means that if you subscribed this month, your first box is the October (Neville) Box. Our shipping schedule happens every 15th of the month and we always send a tracking info to all our subscribers. Your October box will be shipped on or before October 15.
