I think there is some miscommunication. We had offered to replace your item and issue a refund. See below from email I sent you. I never ended up hearing back from you. Take a look:
Our sincerest apologies, it appears you received an incomplete item! I just left you a voicemail, but as I mentioned, we can gladly offer you a full ITEM refund and a FREE replacement of the item at no extra charge to you. If you receive something different from what was ordered, all we ask for is a chance to help before going to feedback. Could you kindly reconsider the feedback? We would greatly appreciate if you could please remove this if you feel we are trying our best to be fair, and doing everything in our power, whatever we can, to rectify the issues and any inconveniences you may have suffered.

Please note: Even with the change in management, and striving daily to monitor our numbers and address customer concerns, not 100% of our orders go perfectly. However, please see some of the details I have provided below…
All we ask is you take a look at our legitimate reviews which can be viewed here:

FYI: We have been in business for over 23 years with over 400,000 customers with a complaint ration of .001. We stand by all our customers and would do nothing to jeopardize this.
Even still, if you feel Yelp or any other review website is a fair site to review a business that is not in the service-based industry but rather more centrally focused to online retail like Office Depot or Shoplet--please see this: http://yelp-sucks.com/. Furthermore, Yelp tends to attract customers ready to post negative reviews, and it is a fact. We have over 14,000 positive comments, but again there are those who focus on 18 negative reviews. Is that honestly fair?
Other such companies like this one and BBB require a paid membership to publicly defend ourselves. So even after resolving any issue, the rating still stands and there is NOTHING we can do about it unless we PAY UP. We know we’re not perfect. But, every company in America has negative posts. What determines the value of a company is how that company fixes the issues due to human error, which we strive to do on a daily basis. And to add to that, our positives FAR outweigh our negatives. I hope you can see this!
Here is a prime example:
http://www.consumeraffairs.com/cable_tv/comcast_cable.html
I think you can agree that people normally do not go out of their way to post positives. I believe this is a perfect example as every comment is negative---is Comcast a bad company? No! Do they have millions of customers? YES! Their complaint ration is similar to ours about .0001%.
Regardless, we wouldn’t have such high scores on public marketplaces if we weren’t honoring our word:
Feedback History:
Feedback 30 days 90 days 365 days Lifetime
Positive 96% 97% 97% 93%
Neutral 0% 0% 1% 3%
Negative 4% 3% 2% 3%
Count 83 309 1,976 14,958
What do these mean?
All we ask is to be fair, because when searching for complaints--you will always find them. But what’s important once again, what you do not see, is that every single complaint is resolved and we do everything we can to prevent them in the first place. But we’re always here to help and ready to bend over backwards to serve our customers.
