I received a package and it was torn open and contents were gone !! I called support at AC Infinity and explained the situation and how bummed I was. Without hesitation I was assured they would take care of it, and to please send pictures of the package. It was about three minutes and my phone beeped letting me know it was taken care of !! I’m already thrilled with all products I’ve gotten in the past, but their customer service is the best I’ve ever seen. I will be telling every I know.

Great company that rectifies issues to full extent. Awesome build quality of products, and the one time one of their oscillating products mass malfunctioned they started a program where they will completely for free replace your broken oscillating fan. Just superb service, their build quality and customer service keeps me a returning customer. Im so glad when I first started tent growing I went with their grow controller, ever since than I’ve been growing my grow room and things have never been more fantastic.
