truly stand by their products! Great customer service

Top tier service as always. Warranty replacements for circulating fans was done same day with minimal effort from my side. Shipped same day.

Yall went above and beyond this time. I didn’t expect to see an email saying that you’d be upgrading fans free of charge. I was already a customer for life but now I’ll be a customer in the life after.

Not stoked my order was delayed, but customer service was on top of it, was friendly, and quickly updated the order after verification. Thanks Ashley!

Everytime I deal with ac infinity i leave happy. If their is ever a problem ac infinity top tier customer service goes above and beyond the call of duty to not only make things right, but better. You guys have done things no company would ever do and YOU DID IT ON YOYR OWN! Without anyone asking. To replace items out of the blue with new generations for free because some issues had happened(most issues were small and bearable) shows everyone you guys back your products and word. You have a lifelong customer here. And thanks for replacing my t7 humidifier. Great item.

Absolutely top notch customer service! Your handling of product warranty is what keeps me coming back. Circ fans, exhaust fan w/controller 69 pro, side bar supplemental lights, uv supplemental lights, evo6 main light. Waiting on the humidifiers to come back in stock at the local shop. Ac infinity all the way!

First off I never do reviews but since I got my heater I’ve been waiting for this email to talk about it! First off! If you don’t have the new AC Infinity heater, you better stop reading this and get it RIGHT NOW! The heater came so fast and it is by far the best purchase I’ve made for my grow. Everything is AC infinity and this heater is a must have!

Company replaced my gen1 AC Infinity fan completely free after I wrote them and told them my issues. I love AC Infinity ❤️
