I been waiting for my humidifier for mooonths got a email about pre order bs but when I purchased it didn’t say pre order but the lady hit me back saying it’s back ordered. Still waiting purchased December 30 I’m on day 42 of my grow…but the 4x2 is fiiiiire with the uis pro that yall knocked out the park..back to waiting on my t3

I ordered AC INFINITY PRODUCTS after reading reviews for months. I still haven't received my order a month later. I'm afraid to complete my set up with the humidifier as it has already been a too lengthy process and I've unfortunately lost time and money thus far... I hope once the remaing items purchased make its way to my door, I'll be able to get this working efficiently & effectively. Poor communication and unpredictable shipping.... still not showing an eta!

order dec 20th '23 I was ok that humidifier was on back order and had to wait til 2/20/24 ..ordered controller with it and was expecting that to have a separate shipping date as that said it was in stock..They put controller with back order so i have to wait 3 months for controller thats in stock...I go check and now without any warning or anything my order is now expected to ship a month later in March (3/20 it is now) which stalls my entire grow ...absolutely terrible experience with this company and they are giving major red flags at this point ...all i got was shipping cost removed ($14) for the inconvenience

Fan broke after 1 grow and I just started my second grow and now it won't connect to the internet and will turn my light from. 1 to max over and over. Complete Chinese crap!
