I have several products from Acratech and this won't be the last.
I have never bought a product from Acratech that wasn't excellent. Even the 'seconds' items are perfect IMO. Their build quality is incredible and I always feel well cared for when talking with customer service. Love their products and have at least one item in each of my kits.

Ordered a tripod plate for a Nikon…
Ordered a tripod plate for a Nikon D750. It arrived in three days and fit perfectly. Prior to this I had purchased a plate for my D850 and was very pleased with it.

I sent a tech/customer service question…
I sent a tech/customer service question concerning am arca clamp I purchased. It took a while for them to respond. However, when they did it was helpful. They were fair overall.

Hi Richard / Tyler , I am so sorry, sometimes emails fall through the cracks but we have been working on an answer. I looked up your email from January 5th and saw the photos. Your ballhead has the proprietary Sunway photo ball with a top for their clamp. We have been researching this and have still not found the right solution for you. Scott says that he is pretty sure that he has seen an adaptor but I believe it is for a Bogen Manfrotton and not a Sunway photo. The part is actually quite different. There have been 3 of us looking for a solution and none of us have been successful in locating the correct adaptor. Please return the clamp for a full refund.
